Certified Nursing Assistant

Los Angeles, CA: The Bella Vita, A Beautiful Life Psychology Group Inc. is a private organization in Los Angeles providing services for persons with Eating Disorders. Seeking Certified Nursing Assistant.

Position Summary:

-Provide assistance to patients with daily living tasks and healthcare needs.
-Basic nursing procedures including, but not limited to, checking patient vital signs.
-Provide patients important social and emotional support and also provide vital information on patient conditions to nurses.
-Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

-CNA Licensed required.
-Preferred knowledge of psychiatric nursing care and crisis intervention.
-Takes direction from supervisor and can complete all assigned tasks.
-Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
-Demonstrates effective critical thinking and problem solving skills.
-Demonstrates the ability to establish a therapeutic rapport with patients and families.
-Current CPR & First Aid
