Clinician

Essential Functions:

-Responsible for the clinical functions of the Bella Vita programs:
Collaborates with all therapists, dietitians, psychiatrists, front office staff, case manager, and outside mental health providers on client clinical issues.
Provides individual, group and family therapy for TBV patients and individual and family therapy for PLP clients
-Administer Assessments
-Conducts orientation when patients start the program
-Provides clinical information regarding TBV clients for weekly treatment team meetings
-Develop individual treatment plans and provides clinical information regarding TBV clients for weekly staff meetings
-Participate in weekly group supervision to address treatment concerns with designated supervision under Dr. Pitts
-Attend weekly staff meetings to discuss administrative/clinical issues
-Participate in weekly individual supervision per licensing board requirement
-Responsible for special projects such as:
      Online research: Search for journal articles, compile information, summarize articles and generate highlights of each, distribute to appropriate personnel.
      Outcome Studies: Conduct interviews, collect data, compile information, generate
statistical analysis
-Assist Executive Director and Administrative Director with special tasks/projects as
needed.
-Perform other duties as necessary

Qualifications:

-Education: M.S., M.A., Ph.D., Psy. D.
-Licenses: MFT, LCSW, Ph. D., Psy. D.
-Experience: Minimum 1 year with Eating Disorder population
-Clinical experience in treating eating disorders, trauma, stress-related disorders, depression and group/family therapy
-Excellent customer service skills such as: anticipate needs, ensure satisfaction, follow-up with client’s concerns, provide prompt responses
-Work well in teams/cooperative
-Excellent Interpersonal skills
-Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
-Internet savvy
